We take intellectual property rights very seriously and we comply as a service provider with all applicable provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998. We promptly remove infringing material when notified and we also weed out repeat offenders on a "three strikes" basis. Politics. Since Disserty is based in Europe, a completed DMCA notification is the minimum Disserty can accept as proof of copyright, even if your country has different laws. Disserty cannot process notifications that do not meet DMCA criteria and provide incomplete information.
