Prepare the necessary tools, materials, equipment and a client/dummy in accordance with the following tasks to be performed:  Draft and cut pattern of casual apparel  Prepare and cut materials of casual apparel  Sew casual apparel  Apply finishing touches on casual apparel 2. Instruct the candidate on the tasks to be performed based on the Evidence Plan and using the specific Instructions for the candidates. Assessment can be done while the tasks are being performed. Observe and assess the candidates’ performance during the demonstration using the demonstration checklist. 3. Use the questions listed in the Rating Sheets for demonstration to probe the underpinning knowledge of the candidates. Record whether the candidate provided satisfactory or acceptable answers. Questioning is done after the practical demonstration. 4. The candidates must be evaluated using the demonstration with oral questioning. Assessment decision should be based on the gathered evidence. 5. Give the candidates your feedback on the assessment result.
