40 10.0 VISA/ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA I. Hurst / Free Trade Zone © Photograph 10: Arrival Lounge VC Bird Airport 10.1 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS All visitors to Antigua and Barbuda must have an onward or return ticket. Citizens of the European Union, United States, United Kingdom and Canada do not require a visa to enter Antigua and Barbuda on holiday or business and may travel on one of the following: • Valid Passport • Original Naturalization Certificate Persons visiting are permitted to stay as long as their business takes, provided that: a) this is no longer than six months b) they have an onward or return ticket c) they have confirmation of accommodation d) they can produce evidence of their ability to maintain themselves in Antigua and Barbuda Cruise ship visitors who would normally require a visa would not require one provided that they arrive in Antigua and Barbuda in the morning and depart the same evening. ‘Intransit’ passengers raveling within the same day, who normally require a visa, do not need a visa for entry into Antigua and Barbuda, provided that they have proof of their onward journey. 41 10.2 VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA Documentation required when applying for a visa: (Please confirm with the Antigua and Barbuda Embassy nearest to you) 1. Valid passport (with minimum life of six months) 2. One completed application form (obtainable from any Antigua & Barbuda Embassy) 3. Confirmation of travel (return or onward ticket or letter confirming date of travel from travel agent) 4. Confirmation of accommodation or letter of invitation if you are staying in the community with friends or family. 5. 2 x passport size photographs 6.
