Shift pressure Fill phase Do not raise fill pressure 1 and 3 too big or you have rough shift on cruising. Raise adders this way. Then you have more shift pressure on high load and still nice when cruising. Fill time 1 ramp. Time between shift command and shift solenoid. It lowers pressure before shift solenoid is commanded so that shift is smoother. This value can be put to 0. Shift pressure General PCS current. Raising values will raise clutch pressure (lowers modulating solenoid pwm). Raising too much will make problems. 20-50% more than stock is good start. Shift pressure Torque phase Torque ramps. Raise high load values 100-200%. It reduses shift time. Shift scheduling WOT tables affects only when kickdown button is pressed. There could be some switches for this so can also be related to pedal %. Values are OUTPUT shaft speed without factor. Shift tables are also OUTPUT shaft speed with factor 15 for gears 1 and 2 and 25 for other gears. In my mappack I have multiplied these factors with gear ratio to get engine speed for better under- standing. But remember that turbine is slipping between so they are not accurate values. Lower values=less slip. You can log this value with delphi or other tester. This value is not real. Example in MB w210 220cdi even if this is 0, turbine slips because tcc solenoid pwm duty cykle goes only somewhere to 50%. But same car with modified C30 it goes full. Also W211 320cdi pwm goes to max. Torque management Raise all limits. Remember to check gear limits with gear ratio. 1st gear ratio in small tranny is 3.91 so with 500 nm in engine it is 500*3,91=1955nm after first gear. And with 2.65 diff it gets 1955*2,65=5181 nm on driveshaft. Torque reduction Normally don’t touch. If you have problems with boost going down on shift, then lower these.
