Office of Strategy Management Department In this package we have this Instruction Guide and 2 kinds of application form, i.e. 'The Common Application Form' and 'The Media Team Application Form'. *** If you are applying for not only common Divisions but also the Media Team (Communication Department), please kindly complete both forms. Create a main folder named "<Your Preferred Position> - <Your Full Name>" E.g. Recruitment Division - Nguyen Van A Or Project Leader – Nguyen Van B (Make sure you spell the correct name of the Position) 2. Complete the form and save it into that main folder. Name the file "<Your Preferred Position> - <Your Full Name>" (as above). 3. In the main folder, create a sub-folder named "Reference" in which you should store the scanned recommendation letter(s) (if any) and your supporting photos AND a formal photo of you (4x6 or 3x4). 4. Compress the main folder using WinRAR. At last, what you have now is a *.RAR file named "<Your Preferred Position> - <Your Full Name>". 5.
