ERE DE LA PANDEMIE COVID- RESUME Le management qualité joue un rôle fondamental dans la vie de l ? entreprise vu ses impacts directs et indirects sur l ? ensemble des domaines stratégiques de telle entreprise Ce type de management s ? inscrit dans une approche plus globale et intégrée qui a pour vocation l ? amélioration continue de la performance et la compétitivité de l ? entreprise Dans le contexte actuel marqué essentiellement par la propagation de la crise sanitaire Covid- le management qualité dans les entreprises marocaines et principalement dans les petites et moyennes industries PMI a été fortement bouleversé par l ? apparition de nouveaux risques liés à telle crise ce qui a impacté négativement la qualité des biens produits chez la majorité de ces entreprises L ? objectif de ce travail de recherche est de dresser un état des lieux du management qualité au sein des PMI marocaines en cette période de crise sanitaire Covid- en se basant sur un travail empirique tout en ré échissant aux actions à mettre en ?uvre pour faire face aux e ?ets de telle crise sur la qualité des biens produits par ces entreprises MOTS CLES MANAGEMENT QUALITE PMI MAROCAINE COVID- ABSTRACT Quality management plays a fundamental role in the life of the company given its direct and indirect impacts on all the strategic areas of such a company This type of management is part of a more global and integrated approach which aims to continuously improve the performance and competitiveness of the company In the current context marked essentially by the spread of the Covid- health crisis quality management in Moroccan companies and mainly in small and medium-sized industries SMIs has been greatly disrupted by the appearance of new risks related to such a crisis which had a negative impact on the quality of the goods produced by the majority of these companies The objective of this research workis to draw up an inventory of quality management with in Moroccan SMIs in this period of Covid- health crisis based on empirical work while re ecting on the actions to be implemented to deal with the e ?ects of such a crisis on the quality of the goods produced by these companies KEY WORDS QUALITY MANAGEMENT MOROCCAN
