Chronological List of Conferences and Meetings for 2017 (as at 24 May 2017 – non-comprehensive list) Liste chronologique des conférences et réunions pour 2017 (au 24 mai 2017 – liste non-exhaustive) This document is intended to provide information to Member States, National Commissions and others, regarding conferences and meetings to be convened in 2017 by UNESCO, or jointly with other organizations. Presentation Sessions of the General Conference, The Headquarters Committee, the Executive Board and of its subsidiary organs. Conferences, Meetings of Experts, Seminars, Training Courses convened by UNESCO in implementation of the Approved Programme, as adopted by the General Conference at its Thirty Seven Session. Meetings of the major Programme Areas of the Approved Programme and Budget for 2017 are listed by date The reference in the column Category belongs to the categories of the "General Classification of the various categories of meetings convened by UNESCO" (14 C/Resolution 23; the text is also to be found in the document Basic Texts). These categories are as follows: I. International conferences of States II. Other intergovernmental meetings III. Non-governmental conferences Meetings of non-representative character: IV. International congresses V. Advisory committees VI. Expert committees VII. Seminars, training and refresher courses VIII. Symposia Ce document a pour objet de fournir aux États membres, aux Commissions nationales et à d'autres parties intéressées, des renseignements concernant les conférences et réunions qui seront convoquées par l'UNESCO ou conjointement avec d'autres organisations en 2017. Présentation Sessions de la Conférence générale, du Comité du Siège, du Conseil exécutif et de ses organes subsidiaires. Conférences, Réunions d’experts, Stages et Cours de formation et de perfectionnement convoqués par l’UNESCO en exécution du Programme approuvé et adopté par la Conférence générale lors de sa trente septième session. Les réunions du Programme et Budget approuvés pour 2017 sont classées par date. Les références figurant dans la colonne Catégorie se rapportent à la « Classification d’ensemble des diverses catégories de réunions convoquées par l’UNESCO » (14 C/Rés. 23 ; ce texte se trouve également reproduit dans le document Textes fondamentaux).
