The app will walk you through adding payment methods. Once you’ve added payment methods, you’re ready to pay in the store or at the pump. The app will walk you through account setup. PAY WITH THE APP • Location services will identify which station you are visiting; if Mobile Pay is offered, the “pay at the pump” option will appear • You will be prompted to enter your pump number • A code will appear on your phone screen — type the code into the pump to complete activation • You are ready to fuel • Once fueling is completed, a receipt will be electronically delivered to your phone or a paper copy will print at the pump (dependent on chosen option) • You may pay for purchases made inside the store with your mobile device; select “pay inside” and present the QR code to the cashier for scanning LINK PAYMENT METHODS • Click “Manage Wallet” at the bottom of the home screen to add your accepted credit card or use Direct Pay to link your bank account • To allow access, follow the steps prompted by your chosen payment method • Create and enter a 4-digit PIN code to use for future transactions, or select touch ID CREATE AN ACCOUNT • Complete your personal account information and click “send verification code” • Check email to retrieve the one-time authorization code • Enter the code and complete validation DOWNLOAD THE APP • Apple Store for iOS • Google Play Store for Android users 1 3 2 4 • Must be using Apple iOS version 8 or higher, or Android 4.4.2 or higher Consult your phone’s user guide to troubleshoot app downloads. For all other payment methods, please contact the customer service number located on your card. For questions using Mobile Pay in the My Phillips 66® or My Conoco® apps, contact Phillips 66 Consumer Services at 844.667.4463.
