wWw.FishBoneGames.Com Youda Legend: The Curse of the Amsterdam Diamond Walkthrough & Strategy Guide General Tips • There is a good variety of puzzles in the game, but you cannot skip them. Some of the puzzle solutions are random. If you get stuck in a puzzle, you can look for the solution in the walkthrough. • The game does not have a timer, so you do not have to worry about any time constraints. • You cannot use the hints system when you are in a puzzle scene. Just read the instructions at the beginning of each level to know what you have to do. • Your cursor will spin around wildly if you click randomly in the scene. • Each time you play the game, you will be given new items to look for. However, the puzzles will mostly be the same each time, but some of the final solutions may vary. Your Trunk • Your trunk is located in the lower left side of the scene. It stores all of your inventory items. • To access the trunk, simply click on the icon in the lower left side. Once the trunk opens, you can look at all the items that are stored in there. • To close the trunk, simply click on any part of it and you will be returned to the scene you were working on. • The items in your trunk will only be used during the puzzle scenes; you will never need to use them in any of the Hidden Object searches. • While using your items during a puzzle scene, not all of the items in the trunk will need to be used. The game will automatically make available whatever you need for a particular puzzle. Compass Hints/ Diamonds • You will find a compass in the very first scene you encounter in this game. Use the compass to help you locate hidden items in a scene. • You have unlimited hints with the compass, but you must wait for it to recharge before you can use it again. • Click on the compass when it is recharged, and it will form a circle around an item in the scene. • Since the circle is rather large, make sure that you click in the center of the circle to find the item you’re looking for. • The item the compass shows you is random, there’s no way to choose the item you need help locating. • If you want the hints to recharge faster, click on the diamonds that are scattered around the scene. • The diamonds also earn you extra points each time you find them. wWw.FishBoneGames.Com • There are plenty of diamonds throughout each scene. Look carefully around for them so you can increase your score in the game. • Your compass will not be activated during any of the puzzles. Walkthrough • The walkthrough will give you the solutions, and explanations, for all the puzzles in the game. • Please keep in mind that some of the puzzle solutions are random. We’ve included alternate solutions whenever possible. • If you get stuck on a puzzle and you want to reset it, exit out of the game and you will start at the beginning of that puzzle. This will help you if you want to use one of the solutions in the walkthrough. • In the Hidden Object scenes, we’ve circled all the items that came up for us during play. Your results may vary. CHAPTER ONE Platform 3A • Before you start looking for objects, click on the large red and gray compass that is on the right side of the platform. • Once you pick up the compass, it will go in the upper left corner of your page. You can use the compass to help you find objects. • The compass needs time to recharge, but you can activate it faster by collecting the tiny diamonds that are scattered in each scene. • Find the rest of the items in the scene. wWw.FishBoneGames.Com Your Hotel Room • The paper pieces are highlighted in green in the screenshot. • Everything else on the list is highlighted in purple. wWw.FishBoneGames.Com Fix the Map • In this puzzle all you have to do is drag the map pieces around until you can piece the puzzle back together. • You cannot rotate the puzzle pieces. Just place them around the outline of the board. • Map pieces will lock themselves in, once they are in the right place. • Please look at the screenshot for the solution. Beneath the Bridge • The three rings are highlighted in green in the screenshot. • The five stones in the scene are highlighted in yellow in the screenshot. wWw.FishBoneGames.Com • Everything else in the scene is highlighted in purple. Mysterious Stones Puzzle • In this puzzle you have to arrange all the stones correctly on the wall under the bridge. • Grab the stones from the left side of the scene and place them on the wall on the right side of the bridge. • Pay attention to the lines on the stones; use the lines as your guide for placing the stones. • Please look at the screenshot for the solution. • Once all the pieces are in the right place, some keys will appear on the scene, click on them to end the level. wWw.FishBoneGames.Com Unlock the Door • Your goal in this game is to click on the keys in the right sequence so you can unlock the door. • If you look on the right side of the wall, you will see some markings on the side of the door. Those markings show you the direction the keys need to be in to unlock the door. • The top key turns itself and the middle key. • The middle key turns all the keys in the same direction. • The bottom key turns itself and the middle key. • For the solution, number the keys from 1 to 3, starting at the top. The solution is random; it depends on the starting position for your keys. The screenshots shows you two different starting positions. • Click on the keys in the following order: wWw.FishBoneGames.Com First Solution: 1-1-1-2. Alternate Solution: 1-1-1-2-2-2. The Main Stage • The six ropes are highlighted in green in the screenshot. • The two paintings are in yellow. • All the other items are highlighted in light blue. Repair the Rope wWw.FishBoneGames.Com • Your goal is to place the ropes on the left in the appropriate places in the scene. • Keep in mind that the shapes of the ropes on the left are a mirror image of the ropes in the scene. The shapes will change once they are on your cursor. • Grab the ropes from the left side of the page. • Drag the ropes to one of the empty spots in the scene. • Let go of the mouse when you find the right place. • The ropes will attach themselves to the right spots. If they do not stick to a spot, just keep dragging them around until you find the right place for it. • Once all the ropes are in place, the curtains will open. Click on the knife that appears behind the curtains. Inside The Organ Repair Shop • The three organ cards are highlighted in yellow in the screenshot. • The painting is highlighted in red in the screenshot. • All other items are highlighted green in the screenshot. Set the Codes • The goal in this puzzle is to press the buttons on the organ according to the diagrams on the cards. • The Roman numerals on the cards represent the numbers on the buttons. • When you see a long line next to the numbers, that button needs to be in the up position. • When the line next to the number is a short one, the button needs to be in the down position. • Each time you finish entering a set of numbers, the current card will disappear and a new one will appear. • Make sure that when you enter the numbers you are matching the correct color.
