Funny rin tas magaling. Pero hindi ako makakapagcomment gaano kasi large class setting e ayoko talaga ng large classes sa math kasi enough na yung discussion so baka masyadong maging biased. Monotonous nga lang yung voice kaya medyo nakakaantok. Nagpapasagot rin sya sa board kahit large class, tumatawag sa class list nya pero marami namang nagtatago kahit present haha. Magaling pero mabilis nga lang magturo (or baka slow lang ako....) Medyo maliit nga lang magpartial sa LEs tsaka magulo sulat (or OC lang ako...) Pero maaga sya magpalabas. Usually 20 minutes before the time tapos na kami. May time nga na 20 minutes lang yung discussion namin e haha. Tas super bait nya. As in super bait. Basta nakikita nya yung effort sa estudyante na never nagabsent. Swear. Solbs ang math 53 sakanya. Ilang beses narin naoverheard hahahaha. IF YOU TAKE PHYSICS, TAKE HIM. Since large class 'to, slides ang ginagamit niya, which he also sends via e-mail. Super useful siya in detailing what's important. You need to take notes pa rin kasi ineexplain niya ang bawat example sa board. Malikot si Sir pero masasanay ka rin May binibigay siyang daily quizzes at weekly probsets na challenging, but this proved to be helpful kasi mas nakakasagot ka ng exams, which make up most of your grade naman ) Yung problema lang, may preset system na siya for partial points, so technically kahit mas maganda solution mo sa iba pero mali, same pa rin ang score, usually. Iyon nga lang, since we use up all the time for answering, di na siya makakadiscuss. Late niya na binabalik ang mga prelab at worksheets (minsan hindi na) so di mo talaga alam ano standing mo, nakakatakot. Pero kapag malapit na ang finals, nagpapareview siya at bumibigay ng premyo :3 Grade: 1.00 o.o Rating: 8/10 PHYSICS 72 AND 72.1 Subject: Physics 72 Year taken: 1st Sem AY 2013-2014 Schedule: TWThF 1:15-2:15 pm Prof. Name: Jen-jen Manuel Description: Andami kong narinig na mga di magandang comments tungkol sa subject na ito. Mahirap daw yung first two parts, tapos mataas yung mortality rate ng 2nd LE, tapos mas mahirap pa ito kaysa sa 71 at 73, tapos out of this world daw yung mga topics, blablabla... Pero pagdating sa pagtuturo Ma'am, hindi ko nafefeel na mahirap ang subject na ito. Ang linaw niyang magturo as in. Kahit complex yung subject matter, tinuturo ni Ma'am in a way na madaling i-visualize. Mahirap talaga ang Physics 72, lalo na pagdating sa mga LE. Especially 2nd LE XD Mga 52% yung passing rate namin doon :P Pero dahil magaling magturo si Ma'am, naipasa ko ang lahat, at naexempt pa ako hoho :> Recit prof din namin siya, tapos okay din naman siyang mag-explain. May quizzes every day for attendance, pero madali lang sila at open notes pa. May tendency lang siyang maging boring at nakakaantok minsan, pero ayos lang. Nagtataray din pero maingay ang lec namin kaya siya ganun. Hahahaha! Rating: 9/10 Subject: Physics 72 (lec) Year taken: 1st Sem AY 2013-2014 Schedule: 10:15-11:15 TWF Prof. Name: Ma'am Ma. Herminia Balgos Description: Super cute ni Ma'am Mimie!!!! as in natutuwa ako sakanya hahahahaha. Medyo sabaw sya at times pero magaling sya, take it from me na hindi magaling sa Physics. Nung una akala ko sabaw sya at di ko sya magegets pero after mga 1 week narealize ko na yung way ng pagtuturo nya yung simple lang as in hindi sya talaga teknikal madalas nga Filipino pa gagamitin nya sa pageexplain ng concepts pero yun ang dahilan kung bakit ko naggrasp ng sobra yung concepts na tinuturo nya. Madalas rin na paulitulit nyang ineemphasize yung mga important concepts so dapat makinig ka talaga sakanya. Maraming examples sa slides na nakakatulong talaga sa students. May quizzes almost everyday pero madali lang tas open notes at pwede pa makipagusap sa katabi. Individual lagi ang recit namin sakanya. Though may time na naging by pair dahil highest passing rate kami sa LE noon hahaha. Yun, competitive si Ma'am sa passing rate haha, pero ang galing nga nya kasi dalawang LEs kami yung highest passing rate (90+ %), tas yung sa isang LE second highest passing rate kami nun. Si Ma'am yung hindi nakakaintimidate kausapin considering na lecturer sya, madali paring makausap tas ieexplain nya ulet if hindi talaga nagets nung students yung concept. Mahina nga lang yung boses. Pero solb na solb ang Physics 72 sakanya. Rating: 10/10 Subject: Physics 72 (recit) Year taken: 1st Sem AY 2013-2014 Schedule: 10:15-11:15 Th Prof. Name: Ma'am Glaiza Ocampo Description: Okay si Ma'am. Naeexplain yung concepts ng maayos. Inuulit rin nya if di nagegets kaagad yung mga solutions sa recit. Pero magaling sya at mabait pa. Mabait sya at tinutulungan nya kami pag di namin nagegets yung gagawin sa experiment. Pero parang mas umasa kami dun sa SA nya compared sakanya pero nakatulong naman sya. Madalas syang late sa class. May review kami before practicals in a form of a game tas pangbonus points rin. Pero mas nagustuhan ko si Ma'am sa recit ko sa 71. Pero mataas sya magbigay ng grade. Nagulat rin ako haha.
