Liners en SVR, épaisseur 2,5 mm. TYPE “D”. Spécifications générale L’ensemble des raccords est réalisé avec les même haute qualité et spécifications qu’utilisée pour les tubes. Pression & températures de service Les indications concernant les diamètres, tem- pératures et pression maximum de service en conformité avec la norme DIN 16867 sont indi- qués ci-dessous. Cependant il faut noter que la température maximum de service dépendra également de la nature du fluide véhiculé et de la spécification du liner– nous consulter pour da- vantage d’information. This specifications concerns FRP pipe systems diameter 25 through 600mm and is based upon the dimensions and requirements of DIN 16965/16966 and other associated standards. Liners in GRP, thickness 2,5 mm. TYPE D. General specification All fittings are manufactured from raw materials to the same high quality and specifications as used for the pipe. Service pressure and temperature The indications concerning the diameters, maxi- mum service temperatures and pressures, ac- cording to DIN 16867 are indicated below. One should however note that the maximum service temperature will also depend upon the nature of the fluid being handled and the specification of the liner – please contact us for more infor- mation. Le renforcement consiste en un voile verre « C » ou voile synthétique. sur celle-ci une couche de mats est appli- quée. L’épaisseur est d’environ 2 mm et la teneur en verre de 20…30 %. Ces couches forment la barrière interne à résistance chimique. • Paroi mécanique La paroi mécanique est fabriquée par enroule- ment filamentaire sur le liner polymérisé. L’épaisseur dépend de la classe de pression du tube et la teneur en verre est d’environ 60%. • Surface extérieur La surface extérieur, riche en résine, est fabri- quée comme la barrière interne, sans les mats. Celle-ci donne une bonne résistance chimique. Filament wound pipes, Type D • Inner layer The pipe has a 0.25 to 0.5 mm thick inner layer with a glass content of max. 20%. The reinforcement consists of a C-glass surface mat or a synthetic veil. This layer is then reinforced with chopped strand mats. The thickness is approximately 2 mm and the glass content is 20…30%. These two layers form the chemical resistant inner liner. • Structural layer The structural layer is laminated by filament winding on the cured inner liner. The thick- ness is depending on the pressure class of the pipe and the glass content is approx. 60%. • Outer layer The outer resin rich layer is made the same way as the inner layer, except no mats are used.
