ARTICLE 3: CONSISTANCE DES TRAVAUX Les travaux à exécuter au titre du présent marché consistent en ce qui suit : L'entreprise comprend : 1/L’installation du chantier, 2/ L'implantation des ouvrages. 3/ Les opérations de repérage et de matérialisation par des sondages manuels (sous les directives de l’ONEE, la Commune ; IAM…) du tracé des canalisations, câbles ou ouvrages existants sous terrains situés dans l’emprise des travaux. 4/ Travaux du Terrassement 5/ La fourniture et mise en œuvre de la terre végétale. 6/ La fourniture et mise en œuvre des arbres d’alignement et E.V 7/ La remise en état des lieux. 8/ La fourniture des plans de recollement. 9/ Gardiennage et entretien Tous les ouvrages seront conformes aux prescriptions des différents textes énumérés ci-dessous et exécutés suivant les plans d'exécution. L’énumération ci-dessus des fournitures et prestations est énonciative et nullement limitative. En fait, l’Entrepreneur s’engage à livrer l’ensemble des prestations en parfait état de fonctionnement et apte à remplir l’usage qu’en attend le Maitre de l’Ouvrage.
