Vision globale et coordonné Barcelona Sagrera Alta Velocitat est une entreprise publique qui a pour objectif de coordonner la restructuration du système ferroviaire et du transport public ; promouvoir et gérer la transformation urbaine résultant de ces travaux dans les secteurs de la Sagrera, Sant Andreu et Sant Martí ; et rédiger les projets et effectuer les travaux confiés par les parties. L’actionnariat est réparti entre Adif 30%, Adif Alta Velocidad 7,5% et Renfe Operadora 12,5% ; la Généralité de Catalogne et la Mairie de Barcelone qui détiennent respectivement 25%. La complexité des rôles exécutés dans ce domaine, (tracés ferroviaires, gare, infrastructures, métro, aménagement de rues, etc.) rend nécessaire de garantir la compatibilité technique des projets et des travaux dans l’espace et dans le temps. La société apporte la vision globale de l’ensemble en coordonnant et en facilitant l’exécution de chacun des rôles, développe les avant-projets, établit les critères de chacun d’eux et projette et exécute les travaux que les partenaires lui délèguent. L’ensemble des infrastructures, la gare centrale et l’urbanisation représentent un investissement d’environ 2 250 millions d’euros, sans compter les édifications ultérieures. Le budget sera en partie financé par l’exploitation urbaine des terrains publics inclus dans le projet. La gestion urbaine recevra donc des ressources économiques qui seront investies dans la réalisation d’une partie des travaux. En ce sens, la société promeut et gère la transformation urbaine de l’environnement. De nouveaux quartiers résidentiels, des zones d’activités économiques diverses, des espaces verts et des équipements viendront améliorer la qualité urbaine et donc la qualité de vie des quartiers voisins. Overall co-ordined view Barcelona Sagrera Alta Velocitat is a public company whose mission is to coordinate the restructuring of railway and public transport system; to develop and manage the urban transformation resulting from this work in the Sagrera, Sant Andreu and Sant Martí areas; and to draw up the projects and implement the construction work that the parties to the agreement might allocate.The shareholders are distributed between 30% Adif, 7.5% Adif Ata Velocidad and 12.5 % Renfe Operadora, the Government of Catalonia and the Barcelona City Hall each 25% respectively. The complexity of the work being done in this area, (railway lines, stations, infrastructures, metro, street urbanization, etc.) means that it is necessary to guarantee the technical compatibility of the projects and of the works in time and space. The company gives the global view of the whole, coordinating and facilitating the performance of each of the actions. With this aim, it also develops the preliminary designs, establishes the criteria of each one and projects and undertakes the jobs that the associates delegate. All of the infrastructures, the central station and urban development are the result of an investment amounting to some 2,250 million Euros, without counting any later buildings. Part of the budget will be funded by making use of publicly-owned land included within the project area, for urban purposes. The Madrid-Barcelona-French border was completed on January 9, 2013 and the first stages are under way of the Mediterranean Corridor project, the continuation of the high-speed railway to the south of Spain. Barcelona will be the main node of the Corridor and the connection point with the Central Corridor (both passengers and goods). It will therefore be under 4 hours from the main cities of south-west France and 45 minutes from Gerona, Lerida and Tarragona. Barcelona’s privileged location will in fact turn it into the capital of a macro region that is beginning to take shape on the map: ‘Barce-Lyon’, one of the 12 macro regions which, according to the experts, will make up the centres of economic, territorial and social power of the future of Europe. La Sagrera will become a reference point in this sense. A new urban territory of over 160 Ha, with a wide offer in urban and inter-city mobility and infrastructures rising out of areas of previously disconnected districts. A new singularised urban identity for the large 40 Ha linear park and the la Sagrera station at the heart of the operation. A city of 180,000 people inside the city of Barcelona and its metropolitan region, organically integrated in the greater city and especially in the areas close to the productive fabric, such as the 22@ technological district.
