Conclusion 3 Les types de solutions CRM : 1- Le CRM analytique : • particulièrement orienté vers la collecte et l’analyse de toutes les informations disponibles sur les clients . • Ce logiciel est lié au datawarehouse (entrepôts de données) et il utilise principalement des techniques de Business Intelligence (reporting & OLAP) ou de datamining. 2- Le CRM opérationnel : • est orienté client et aide à l'acquisition et à la fidélisation des clients. • Ce CRM prend en charge toutes les « opérations », ce qui favoriserait à terme une meilleure satisfaction client . 3- Le CRM collaboratif : • Est utilisé pour améliorer les niveaux d'inter-gestion et de collaboration entre les équipes. • De plus , il fait référence aux moyens de communication au travers desquels l’entreprise entre directement en contact avec le client. 4 Les fonctionnalités d’une solution CRM : Automatisation des tâches Gestion des contacts Analyses et rapports personnalisés Alignement des équipes Maintien et amélioration de la relation client Génération de leads SCM 5 6 Les types de solutions SCM 1. Les logiciels de Supply Chain Execution (SCE) :  Sa principale fonction est d’optimiser chaque étape du cycle de traitement des commandes, de sa réception jusqu’à la facturation au client final.  Au sein de logiciels de SCE, on distingue deux types de solutions : Warehouse Management System : permet de connaître en temps réel le niveau des stocks et assure une traçabilité parfaite des colis entreposés, préparés, ou expédiés Transport Management System : spécialisé dans la gestion des transports de marchandises. De la gestion des plannings de livraison au suivi de la facturation, en passant par les trajets des véhicules de transport, toute la gestion de la logistique est optimisée via ce logiciel adapté. 2. Les logiciels de Supply Chain Planning (SCP) et Advanced Planning System (APS) :  sont des outils de prévision qui permettent de mieux gérer vos stocks afin de faire face aux variations de la demande. Les SCP et APS prennent en considération vos contraintes en matière de ressources, de capacités de production, de délais d’approvisionnement, de livraisons et de coûts. 3.
