IATA E-learning Course on ‘Introduction to Airport Operations’ How to register and appear for the examination Step 1 – Visit IATA website (www.iata.org) and click ‘Training’ tab Step 2 – On ‘Training’ page, click ‘My Account’ Step 3 – In case you are a new user, click ‘Sign up’ and register for the course Step 3 – Already registered users to enter username and password to login Step 3 – In case you have forgotten your login details, click ‘Forgot your username or password? Step 4 – Once logged in, click ‘Open Course’ tab Step 5 – To download the course book, click ‘Complete’ button Step 6 – Once you have finished reading the book, click ‘Write exam’ to appear for the exam General Examination Rules and Guidelines The exam comprises of 60 multiple choice questions Time allowed for exam is 120 minutes. You will be advised 15 minutes prior to the end of the examination All questions carry equal marks. Each question has only one correct option You may review all exam questions and change any of the responses, provided it is done within the time allocated for the session If you choose to exit the session without completing your exam, you will be marked as FAILED An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 60% or higher on exam.
