Urbanisation du Système d ? Information Hospitalier SIH au sein de l ? Hôpital Cheikh Zaid Rabat qui occupe une place centrale dans le processus de prise en charge du patient Notre démarche a été initiée pour analyser la situation actuelle du SIH au sein de l ? établissement a ?n d ? apporter une vision intégrale et générique permettant l ? articulation judicieuse des couches métier et informatique Actuellement le SIH en place demeure un système composé de plusieurs applications dédiées à des domaines bien spéci ?ques Dans cette con ?guration la prise en charge du patient en tant que processus transversal n ? est pas reconnue comme telle ce qui génère un cloisonnement lors du traitement de l ? information au sein des services de l ? hôpital et in ?ne il réduit les mécanismes de coordination Ainsi au cours de cette étude nous allons mettre en évidence les caractéristiques du système d ? information hospitalier existant y identi ?er les perspectives d ? amélioration et formuler quelques recommandations a ?n de garantir son urbanisation projet en cours de réalisation Abstract In this study we are interested in to the Hospital Information System HIS in Sheikh Zaid Hospital Rabat Our approach has been initiated to analyze the current situation of the HIS within the institution to provide a comprehensive vision and generic for the articulation of functional business and IT layers Thus we will de ?ne the characteristics of hospital information system exists identify opportunities for improvement and make some recommendations to ensure its urbanization project in progress MOTS -CLES Système
