Welcome to LearnHub User’s Guide, How to, Features, and Advantages LearnHub is an easy-to-use remote learning application that would enable Review Centers and other learning institutions to deliver various multimedia and other forms of learning content to students seamlessly and securely. The application is: - Easy to use and intuitive - Adaptive - Available Offline - Optimized for mobile use What is LearnHub? After running the app, Click CREATE NEW ACCOUNT button How to register Fill-out basic information Please make sure that you have provided a valid email and mobile number. Login using username and password And join a class Using your access code How to Login You will be redirected to your home screen containing all available review content provided by your Review Center How to Join a class Your Explore is your homepage. In your taskbar, click on the Explore to visit your news feed. Remember, your Explore is your Home Screen. Where to ﬁnd your Explore tab? Your Explore tab provides all content and review materials recently uploaded by your Review Center. What’s in your Explore tab? In your taskbar, click on the Notes Icon to visit your Notes or Handouts. Where to ﬁnd your Notes? Your Notes shows you all the reading materials, or review notes and handouts for your review course. What’s in your Notes? In your Explore page click the Videos icon to access all uploaded lecture videos or clips. Where to ﬁnd your Videos? Your Videos shows you all recorded review video materials, lectures and clips for your review course. Your Videos are arranged with the most recently uploaded ones on top. What’s in your Videos? Features, Restrictions and more... Content on Demand All learning or review materials are available anytime and anywhere. You can set your own learning pace and study or review whenever you feel comfortable. Choose Video Quality LearnHub automatically sets the video quality according your internet speed. You can also opt to choose and set the video quality according to your preference. Go fullscreen Optimize your viewing by going full screen. Simply tilt your device to go to full screen mode. Continue Watching LearnHub saves your watched videos ready to return and pick up where you left oﬀ. Content Rating and Feedback If enabled by your Review Center or Learning Institution, you can rate and provide feedback after each content or lecture video posted. Download Content for OFFLINE use Downloading content such as notes and videos is easy Just click Download Button LearnHub will asynchronously download your selected contents simultaneously You can organize your content like videos or notes and tag it as your favorite or group it per topic or collection. Organize: Per Favorites, Topic, Collection The system will detect if another user has logged into your account. If you are using multiple device, please make sure you log out from your old device before logging into your new device. Restrictions: Multiple Login You review center can activate the replay restrictions and set how many times you are allowed to replay the content. If you have exceeded your maximum number of views, you may not be allowed to replay it. Restrictions: Replay You are only allowed to access your content from a single device. If you wish to use multiple device, please make sure you log out from another device before logging into a new one. Restrictions: Single Device Your institution can set the number of times you are allowed to download your content for oﬄine access. You will get a notiﬁcation if you have already exceeded your download limit. Restrictions: Exceeded Download Limit Where to ﬁnd Assessments? In your Explore tab, click on the paper and pen icon to view your Assessments. What’s in your Assessments? You can take assessments and tests per collection or topic in Assessments. How to download Assessments? Open the assessment, click More Button, then click Download. After your successful download, you will have an option to Go to Downloads. That’s it. Notiﬁcations You will receive notiﬁcation if your Review Center uploads a new content or makes new announcements or updates. If you don’t want to receive notiﬁcations, you may turn it oﬀ in your settings.
