Modularity Blokset switchboards are designed on the 50 mm module principle. All fixing holes are drilled at 25 mm distances. The shaded zone consists of 40 50 mm modules. This is the zone where the switchgear and busbars are installed : c With a single horizontal busbar ( I 4000 A) : v 4 modules for the busbar, v 36 modules for the switchgear. c With a double horizontal busbar (I = 5000 A): v 8 modules for the busbar, v 32 modules for the switchgear. 1.1.2. Framework dimensions The basic Blokset frameworks are available in 3 widths : c 700 (depth 400 or 600). c 900 (depth 400 or 600). c 1200 for M50 or M40 4P (depth 600). The 200 or 400 extension frameworks (depth 400 or 600) allow for the following dimensions : c 900 = 700 + 200. c 1100= 200 + 700 + 200. = 700 + 400. c 1300= 200 + 700 + 400. The depth of the switchgear assembly can be increased up to 1000 mm, by adding a 400 mm deep extension onto a 600 mm deep basic framework. The dimensions of the extensions are as follows : c 700 x 400 x 2200. c 900(700+200) x 400 x 2200. c 1100(200+700+200) x 400 x 2200. c 1100(700+400) x 400 x 2200. c 1200 x 400 x 2200. c 1300(200+700+400) x 400 x 2200. All Compacts are installed in the 700 mm wide framework (200 mm extension for vertical busbars). Masterpacts M08 to M32 (3 and 4 poles) and the 3 pole M40 installed alone in a column are mounted in the 700 mm wide framework, since they are directly connected to the horizontal busbars. The 1200 mm frameworks are only for the Masterpact 4p M40 and 3, 4p M50 installations. Main earth leads : c ICC 85 kA —>2b 50 x 5. 1. General information Nota : vertical busbars are to be mounted in the 200 mm extension frameworks. 4 Merlin Gerin Switchgear compartment. Circuit breaker.
