Pour voir toute l’interview. It was important to me and my team to design and build a yacht which would offer high performance on the one hand while being very safe to sail on the other. It also had to have lots of space and be generously appointed. The project is simply wonderful – and part of that is that BAVARIA is such a big, internationally known name, one which people associate with quality and the true art of engineering. Mon équipe et moi voulions concevoir et construire un yacht offrant une bonne performance de navigation tout en assurant une sécurité maximale. Sans oublier l’espace et l’élégance à bord. The BAVARIA C57 is the biggest yacht BAVARIA has ever built, and working with Cossutti Yacht Design, Pulse Yacht Design and our engineers has been tremendous. The briefing for the BAVARIA C57 was to create something especially comfortable and large. It had to have a very modern yet classic design which would still look fantastic in 10 to 15 years. Le briefing du BAVARIA C57 prévoyait la mise au point d’un yacht confortable et spacieux. DESIGN FUTURISTE ET PERFORMANCE HORS DU COMMUN. 17 RE-INVENTING THE PLEASURE OF SAILING. The first thing you notice about the BAVARIA C57 is that everything is bigger. Its dimensions are truly impressive, which means you can enjoy sailing even more. This is augmented by technical features like a self-tacking jib, an overlapping genoa and a big gennaker, making sailing it child’s-play despite its size. RÉINVENTER LE PLAISIR DE LA VOILE. Une particularité du BAVARIA C57 saute immédiatement aux yeux : tout est plus grand. Les dimensions sont vraiment impressionnantes. Pour un plaisir de navigation plus intense, encore optimisé par diverses fonctionnalités techniques : foc auto-vireur, génois à recouvrement et grand gennaker. Et malgré sa taille, piloter ce voilier est un jeu d’enfant. Huge cockpit: lowering tables easily convert to two comfortable sunbathing areas. Le spacieux cockpit : une fois les deux tables abaissées, on peut s’allonger pour un bien-être absolu. Three large sunbathing areas on deck are perfect for relaxing.
