Vous devez envoyer par mail votre dossier complet à la résidence sous 15 jours après réservation. Si vous avez payé 100 € d’avance pour la réservation, cette somme viendra en déduction de la première redevance à l’arrivée. Rendez-vous à l’accueil - 7 quai du Bruckhof 67100 Strasbourg - pour les formalités. Le retrait des clés est possible uniquement aux horaires d’ouverture du secrétariat et sous réserve d’un dossier complet. Aucune clé ne sera remise les jours de fermeture du secrétariat (samedi et dimanche), ni en dehors des horaires d’ouverture, sauf si votre arrivée a été convenue par écrit avec la Direction de votre résidence d’affectation, et confirmée par elle au moins 8 jours à l’avance.  Demande d’aide au logement ( ALS ) à saisir directement en ligne sur le site caf.fr L’attestation de résidence est disponible après votre arrivée sur messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr (délai nécessaire).  Accès internet : connexion à partir du serveur planetcampus.wifirst.net. La prestation est incluse dans le montant de la redevance mensuelle. Remise d’un identifiant de connexion après votre enregistrement d’arrivée (48 h jours ouvrables).  Prélèvement automatique : dès l’ouverture d’un compte bancaire en France, vous pourrez également opter sur place pour une demande de prélèvement automatique auprès de votre Banque. Cette option est fortement recommandée (débit sur votre compte le 25 de chaque mois). Ce compte bancaire pourra vous servir lors du départ pour le remboursement de votre dépôt de garantie. La décision d’admission (à signer) prend fin à la date fixée par la convention de l’université ou l’établissement d’accueil (pas de départ anticipé sans autorisation spéciale). Online from a public Wi-Fi spot (planetcampus.wifirst.net).  Immediately apply for la CAF’s housing allowance ( ALS ): directly online on caf.fr Please note that you have to download a certificate prior to your filing your request on messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr  You may opt for an automatic bank account withdrawal to pay for your monthly rent: as soon as your bank account in France has been set up. This is the most recommended option. Debits will occur on the 25th of each month. CAF accommodation allowances and your deposit refunds are to be paid mandatorily on this account. Stay fees are owed to your accommodation service up to the departure date specified in the contract with the University or any other partner school.
