The following is a reproduction of the 2011 Mining Code of the Republic of Guinea (the “2011 Mining Code”), as amended by the legislation amending the Act L/2011/006/CNT of 09 September 2011 enacting the Mining Code of the Republic of Guinea (the “Amending Legislation”).
