Vincennes Directeur de recherche M Charles Ramond Membres du jury M Carlos Contreras Guala Mme Silvana Rabinovich M Charles Ramond M Guillaume Sibertin-Blanc Date de soutenance octobre CRésumé Ce travail de recherche développe l ? idée de déconstruction de la notion de responsabilité à partir de la dé ?nition de déconstruction comme une mutation en cours qui met à mal la détermination juridico-égologique de la responsabilité et qui rend nécessaire un traitement déconstructif de cette notion Notre approche suppose une prise de distance de la détermination philosophique de la notion de responsabilité ainsi que de l ? axiomatique propre à cette détermination Le système conceptuel de cette axiomatique dé ?nit la responsabilité à partir de la liberté de l ? individu souverain et fait d ? elle un e ?et de force qui s ? exerce sur le prochain Le travail déconstructif que nous développons sur cette notion rend justice à la singularité absolue de l ? altérité radicale à partir de l ? inscription du secret et de l ? inconscient dans la structure de la responsabilité Nous parlerons ainsi d ? une responsabilité in ?nie et événementielle dans laquelle l ? individu est sans liberté ou sans une forme particulière de liberté plutôt La déconstruction de la notion de responsabilité fait appel à un sens plus originaire de cette notion qui trouve une complicité étroite avec une exigence de justice audelà du droit et qui tient debout devant une force calculatrice qui domine le discours éthicophilosophique Mais cette ouverture vers le tout autre indéterminé n ? est possible qu ? à travers l ? inscription d ? une poétique dans la pensée de la responsabilité Mots clés Derrida déconstruction responsabilité décision paradoxal CAbstract This research project develops the idea of deconstructing the notion of responsibility on the basis of the de ?nition of deconstruction as an ongoing transformation that troubles the juridico-egological determination of responsibility and that necessitates a deconstructive treatment of the notion My approach takes its distance from the philosophical determination of the notion of responsibility along with the axiomatic that belongs to this determination The conceptual system of this axiomatic de ?nes responsibility on the basis of the sovereign individual ? s freedom and makes responsibility an e ?ect of the force exercised upon others The deconstructive work I develop with regard to this notion does justice to the absolute singularity of radical alterity on the basis of the inscription of the secret and the unconscious in the structure of responsibility I thus speak of an in ?nite and eventive responsibility in which the individual has no freedom The deconstruction of the notion of responsibility calls forth a more originally sense of this notion which ?nds a close complicity with a demand for justice beyond the law and which withstands the calculating force that prevails in
